Entry is only open to Australian residents who reside in WA & QLD and aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Promotion commences at 9am AEST on 1/08/2023 and closes 5:00pm AEST on 2/09/2023 (“Promotional Period”). After this date, no new entries will be accepted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter this giveaway, the entrant must have purchased a product at Barbershop Express, received a beer stubby holder, as well as submitted their contact details on a giveaway entry card during the promotional period and have a client profile on our POS system.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

All entries received will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be selected at random on 9/09/23 and announced on Barbershop Express’ social accounts.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize draw of a Tundra Haul® Wheeled Hard Cooler valued at $599.95.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced.

The winner of the prize draw will be notified via social announcement, email and/or mobile on 9/09/23 of the prize draw. The winner will have until 16/09/23 to send Promoter notification of acceptance of prize or a redraw will take place.

A second draw for the prize, if unclaimed, will take place on 23/09/23, subject to the original draw conditions.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Barbershop Express reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
